Hello,
I cannot send a multimedia text message through my wifi connection on my Galaxy S3...
"NO NETWORK CONNECTION - Mobile data is disabled. This message will be sent when mobile data is enabled."
So... I'm forced to use of my precious data even when I'm using my data?
I'm updated to Jellybean and using stock messaging program.

MMS won't transfer over wifi. It needs a Verizon Wireless cellular data connection to upload and download the attachments associated with the MMS type of message.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Is this a verizon limitation or an S3 limitation?

It is a cellular network limitation, I believe. Customers on ATT, T-Mobile, Sprint and all the other networks have to do the same thing.
