Cannot send messages to iPhones

My phone was disconnected. After calling to get the issue corrected and getting the phone turned back on, I cannot send texts to iPhones. Likewise, the iPhones on the plan cannot send texts to Androids. Calling works just fine

I live and breath by my messaging. Let's turn this around. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Select your Apple ID and tap Sign Out 

After that, sign back in and let us know your results.
