I'm having an issue with cloud. I will tap on the cloud icon to access it, but it comes up on the screen saying no internet connectivity can be detected. What does this mean? I'm connected to wireless Internet with a good signal.

Let's get you syncing again! When did this start? What model is you phone? Any new apps or updates installed? Have you tested the app on the mobile network and on WiFi?
