***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Data not working on new Samsung A53

Less than 10 days ago my grandmother purchased a Verizon A53 from Walmart and added it to her pre-existing phone plan of Unlimited Text, Talk, and Data. The plan was set to renew (start) on the 21st. Now that the 21st is here, it says that the Data can be turned on and renewed (0GB are used) but the data does not work at all. Nothing loads or acts correctly. There has been no renewal text but both the My Verizon app and the phone itself say the data has been renewed yet it doesn't work. Please let me know what I can do!

Getting a new phone should always be an exciting time. Did she purchase a refill card as well, or was it just the new device?
