Date/time missing

The date & time is missing from the Home screen.

If I reboot the phone I see it before I swipe the screen to so I can get to the Home screen.

How do I fix this problem?

I do not see any Widget for date & time.

There's definitely a fix for this. You have the option of adding that time/date stamp to your home screen by setting it as a widget. From the home screen, you will need to tap Apps. From the Widget tab, touch and hold that time/date stamp. Drag the widget to the preferred home screen location, then release.
