I have an Android V10. Going to Argentina where the electrical current is 220 not 125 as here in the USA. Do I need a converter or does my phone compensate for it? Hoping I just need an adapter. Many have a usb now which makes it easy.

You need to look at the writing on the plug that plugs into the wall. You are looking for something that says a range of voltage, like 100-240V AC. If you see the range includes 220, then you only need an adapter. Most chargers with phones are international and support the range of voltage needed. Just make sure you check.

Sorry I may seem naive but which plug are we talking about. Are we talking
about the plug on a prospective adapter that I may buy? Or the plug that's
on my phone charger? Thanks for your assistance
The plug on your phone charger. Most already support 100-240 V AC.
Darned if you're not right. I never noticed that before the plug actually
says travel adapter. Appreciate your quick response.
