I am considering buying a Droid Turbo and I was curious to see if the phone supports the 'split window' that a lot of the Samsung phones do. The screen on a Samsung can be split so you can have one app in a top window and another in a lower window.

No it does not. Motorola stays as close to stock Android as possible. This allows quicker updates and better overall support. Currently there's only 2 companies I know of that has split window. That's Samsung and LG.
