Keeping your content backed up at all times is essential these days. We wouldn't want you to lose any of your precious content, CONI116. Ann154 is correct that you would want to have automatic backups enabled through a cloud service. While Verizon Cloud will backup your contacts for free, you would need a subscription for other content such as photos and videos. Here's more on Verizon Cloud: http://spr.ly/6589D7rpl Also, since I see that you have posted your question in the Android forums, here's how you can backup with the Verizon Cloud app on Android: http://spr.ly/6581D7rpW You can also backup to Google and that option is generally found in the settings app, backup section of most Android phones. What's the make and model of your phone? Does this help clarify?
