When I try to go to Media Manager to send pictures from my phone to my computer and also transfer music, my phone says to insert the SD card. I know ther is onein there but just to be sure I was doing everything I should be, I took out the battery to get to the SD card and removed the card and re-inserted it and it still does the same thing. Is anyone else experiencing this. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Once you hook your phone and your computer together, the phone no longer "sees" the SD card. The computer sees it as a new drive. You can then work using your new drive (SD card).

All of a sudden, my Droid 2 says the SD card is missing. When I connect to the PC with usb, it is also missing. I did a factory reset on the phone and still no SD card. I tried another sd card with the same results. I cannot use the internal memory for anything for apps, so the phone is useless without a working card. Whaaa?
