After the update, my DROID changes to landscape whenever it wants even though it is in the portrait position, can't play Teeter. Any suggestions?
I don't have the Eris anymore, but after the 2.0 Update for you you should try:
Menu>Settings>Sound And Display>Un-Check Orientation.
mine is doing this more often also. Im not willing to turn off the orientation, I like to use landscape sometimes. Quick fix is to tilt the top of the phone towards you, like 45 degrees, it will then go back to portrait (or back to landscape) - annoying but its the quickest thing i found to "fix" it.
There is a Market free widget called "AutoRotate OnOff", you might want to check it out.
