Droid Razr M won't shut off or reboot

I got an error message that Google stopped working. So to clear the error, I decided to shut the phone off and then turn it back on to clear out the error. Now it is stuck on the screen with the M. If I hold down the power and volume it will eventually click off, but the M comes right back when I release the buttons.
