Hi. I am sorry you are having issues with your phone locking and I can certainly look into this for you. I actually just test that feature and my phone did not lock when on a call. Do you click the button at the very top when you are on calls? I checked the setting and I do not see a way to disable while you are on calls. You can search for a widget or application inside the marketplace to control the screen locking also.
