I'm having a problem today with my 2 month old Droid razor, it seems to be stuck on the M logo. I tried the recovery process several times, even tripe wipe cache and several reeboots , no sucess. I then rode on to the Verizon store, waited 30 minutes and then they were no help at all , very disappointed that all they did is try to sell me upgrades , no attempt to even fix my problem, said I need a new phone ??? It's only 2 months old, very frustrated with that Verizon store right now. But enough about that crappy service, does anyone have any other tricks I can try right now?? Any help would be appreciated.

After reading several posts on this issue I have concluded this is a terminal problem, I have a new phone on the way , hope to have better luck with Droid #2 .
