if you mean speed dialing then here:
1. select the which home screen you want your speed dialing to be on.
2. press and hold down on the screen until a dialogue box appears
3. choose shortcuts
4. choose direct dial
5. choose contact you prefer
6. press and hold contact to move it the contact anywhere on the home screen.
if you want to move the contact to a different home screen, you will have to delete the contact and go to the home screen you want and start over.

That's not entirely true, you can drag any shortcut, icon, widget, etc. to an adjacent screen. Just drag it to the edge of the screen an hold. The screen will slide to the next page and, if there's room, you can place the icon. Of course, deleting it and re-adding it on another screen works too.
