Egift card unable to open by recipient.

I have resent it and she continues to get a generic box with no image, message or icon. I have HTC one and she has a Samsung galaxy. Can I send it to an email? Or get a refund?

I'm sorry this is happening. We never want you to miss out on the E Gift card. I've had some great experiences sending these out. Can she send it back to you? Can you open the message? Does she have a block on her device that prevents picture messaging?

I am also having a similar issue. I sent an egift card on 2/14/16, but as of today, the recipient has still not received it. My bank account has been charged for the amount we selected on the egift. She is receiving a multimedia message, but it is blank. She is not on the Verizon network - she is on Sprint.  Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
