I am able to send an email to [mynumber]@vtext.com and receive a test message from one email account but when I send from a different email account I receive an Unknown Address sender rejected error. Who do I contact to find out how to correct this issue?

Can you please tell me which email account are you having problems with (personal/business/etc.)? Have you ever been able to receive an email from this account? Where exactly do you the error messages (email or text)? Please share details; we’d like to investigate for you.
