I purchased a ringtone then when I reset my phone I lost it.  I went in to purchace it again it gives me error code 259

sapidshelly I used to love ringback tones. Let's get yours working again. Did you check the section where downloaded music is stored? Which make and model phone are you using?

Sapidshelly, thanks so much for the type of device as well as the error code. With the specific error code, this would mean there is a block associated with the line of service which is preventing the purchase of the ringtone from being purchased. In order to remove the block you would be able to contact us directly to have this removed and here is our contact information: http://vz.to/1g1mHjf You can also have the feature removed via your online account: http://vz.to/1OpTb4g Either way will allow the block to be removed and repurchased.

We want to make sure you're able to obtain the ringtone that was purchased, Lennystorm6. We have some questions to better assist. Are you trying to complete the download through our website directly, or the Verizon Tones app?

 

As per the error received, this error occurs when you have a block on your account for purchasing media. You will be able to manage Block Services through the link attached.
