the Verizon rep asks a good question but If I remember correctly my wife was getting this once on her phone and it was Verizon Backup Assistant. We Ended up stopping and uninstalling all Updates for Backup Assistant / Backup assistant Plus and Verizon Cloud. then we cleared all data, Updated the software again and reconnected them and it stopped those errors for us. I hope that helps. If I am right this is usually happening randomly and a few minuets after a reboot a White box pops up and gives this error....Hope it helps...
