Outgoing texts not going through, incoming repeatedly coming in, always asking for language in phone, mail not syncing, play store app eventually opens but never opens what I click on, I had to empty play store cache and clear data and delete account to get play store to even get to where it is now. At this point I cannot even think if I'm missing other issues and all of this started a couple days ago when my battery decided to drain to zero in a matter of few hours versus it lasting several days. I'm hoping that factory reset will not be only option as I can't afford to lose everything saved to phone, plus I rely on my phone for work calls and texts.
Can't rely on Verizon that's for sure
