My phone flickers. I have have done everything from putting in safe mode, troubleshooting, reset back to factory mode with the help of Verizon support. Any ideas on what the problem is?
Have you checked to see if something may be interfering with the proximity censor? Is it covered, smudgy...? If that is not the issue, and Verizon's own troubleshooting has not been able to resolve it, it needs replacing. Is it still under the manufacturer's warranty?
