HELP! Since I installed the 2.1 update for droid eris, I cannot view pictures, facebook, twitter, update apps, or download any new apps from the market. Also my phone doesn't ring, I can't change wallpapaper or ringtones, and my alarm clock does not work. All of these are new issues since the update. I have tried a hard reset by removing the battery and it does not fix the problem. Any suggestions please!!!!!!!!!!!
Try a factory reset. Sometimes the OTA update doesnt install correctly. Make sure you sync your contacts before you do the factory reset. For the factory reset, go to settings------sd card & phone storage------factory data reset.
