Is there a GPS Navigation App for Android that gives turn by turn directions, has a one time fee (NOT monthly), and doesn't eat into your data plan? I'd like to just have the maps downloaded to my phone over Wi-Fi, and use JUST GPS when I'm out. Ideally it would allow my to avoid toll roads, have lane assist, and allow multiple destination.

I don't want multiple devices though. I want to carry 1 device that has everything in/on it.

maps packaged with motorola phones give turn by turn but the tt suggestion/garmin or something similar is needed for what you want/need
