This happen to me once after downloading an update (I think it was the S3) and I actually had to download it from the Play Store. If it says 'installed' you may have to do a factory reset.
I know how important it is to have GPS working on your device swhodges!
Please try powering your DNA off, and removing & then reinserting the SIM card. Power back on, and see if your GPS starts to work again. Please let us know if that takes care of it. If not, we can continue to troubleshoot and work to resolve this issue.
