A week ago the camera on my Note 3 stopped working. When I access it all I get is a black screen and none of the screen options can be selected.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would be lost with out my camera on my phone. Let's make sure that we get everything up and running for you ASAP. Let's try to go into Settings, Application Manager, Scroll to the left and go to the ALL section, Scroll down to the Camera application and then select, Force Stop, Clear Data, and Clear Cache. Once those are done then head back to the main screen and power cycle the device. Once the device is back up and running please re-test the camera. Please keep us posted.
