Hello,
I am not receiving all of my text messages, in individual conversations, as well as group messages. People have screen shots of their conversations to me and they show they sent the message but I never received it. I purchased the phone back in November and noticed this problem has been going on for a couple of months now. Any idea?

Did you get a new SIM card when you got the phone? Or did they just transfer the SIM from your old device?

They may have reused your SIM card, which is how you connect to the network and it could just be bugging out. You can get a free SIM card replacement if you visit a Verizon Corporate store.
You could also try deleting your cache for everything or you can delete the cache for just the messaging app.
If that doesn't work you can delete the cache and data for the messaging app and restart and see if that helps.
