I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. About 30 minutes ago, it turned completely off while sitting still with out 35% battery. It will not cut back on. There are no lights, no vibrations, black screen. After trying repeatedly to cut it back on, it began to start, however once it got to my lock screen it powered back off and will not come back in. I did see that there was still about 30% battery before it powered off. It is now plugged in and will not connect to charger. Please help.

Yikes! Sounds like the phone has a mind of it's own, Jonesjacquelynn. I want to make sure you have a good working device. Is there any kind of physical/liquid damage to the phone? Have you been able to remove the battery from the device as well as the sim card http://vz.to/L3zR07 Please keep us posted.
