Garmin Venu SQ won't see incoming call information

I have a Motorola One 5G UW and a Garmin Venu SQ. My Garmin Connect app has all permissions and I've cancelled my Verizon Call Filter. My watch still will not show contact information when I receive a call, it only shows Phone. I can see when someone sends a text through.

I'm sorry to hear your Garmin Venu Sq isn't working as you expected. Verizon doesn't have that product in its inventory. I do want to help offer a solution. My Garmin works fine, it's my Verizon phone that isn't allowing it to see the contracts due to the call filter. Even after turning the Verizon call filter off something is still blocking that communication.
