We bought my son the new Gizmo Gadget. He had the previous version. Set up was easy. We used the same app. All the numbers on the watch for incoming calls accept my number which is the primary caregiver's number. We have tried absolutely everything. Even Versizon has no more answers. Can anyone please help with what I can do so my son's watch can accept calls from my cellphone. Thanks

We know how important it is for the device to be able to stay in contact with the primary caregiver's device. May I ask what happens when you try to call the device? Do you receive an error message? How many numbers are currently accepted on the device?
