I am VERY disappointed with the Kyocera DuraForce Pro phone! I have had so many problems with connectivity and texting that I miss my "old" Motorola! THIS is the FIRST time I have had a reason to complain about anything sold by Verizon. What is Verizon willing to do to fix this?
I am not sure but I do not think that this phone can even update to the most recent version of the Android software...explain that to me.
Having reliable communications, is paramount. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps, such as a restart, or a network settings reset?
