NOTE 3 - I have had little to no service since March 2015 where I had excellent service before. Any ideas? Today I have NO connectivity via phone or 3G/4G ... My phone has been replaced, but I continue to have the same issues. HELP! Any suggestions?
That certainly is not what we want your experience to be with us! What zipcode are you in? You mentioned your phone being replaced, was it replaced due to this signal issue? Are any of your other services affected, like voice or text?
