Tell your mom what happened. Work out a plan to be able to pay your bill. Deal with the consequences.

I dont think it should of been that high simply because i went on the internet. Verizon sucks i would rather mess up my credit then to pay a ridiculous amount of $841.21 thats basically half my rent. If I would of known that they charge so extra I would of just stuck with what I had before.

Before you start "blaming the world" ,turn that finger you are pointing at yourself.

Calm down. And just deal with the situation.

I was actually thinking about t-mobile but the only thing is since i would switch with them and they pay the eft I would have to buy a new phone from them but would I still have to pay the bill from verizon?

If you think that the bill is inaccurate, the call Customer Service and inquire as to what happened.

Otherwise if the charges are legitimate (ie you actually used that data) which it seems that they are, then it's time to enter the grownup world and accept responsibility for your actions and take the necessary steps to take care of your bill.

Hi Ashley95,

Overages are no good! We always want your charges to be accurate. Let's get rid of the stress, and get to the bottom of this. How much data are you using monthly? Are you using Wi-fi when available?  You can change your bill anytime before the bill cycle ends to avoid overages http://vz.to/1aCnTVT

Hi Ashley95,

No worries! I just responded to your original post. I know a large balance may need to be broken into payment arrangements. You can call our Financial Services team at 1-866-266-1445 to make payments on a past due balance. If the arrangement is less than 7 days you can complete a post-dated payment online via MyVerizon http://bit.ly/xB4iTc .

Thanks,
