HTC writes the code but Verizon has to test it. So tell me Verizon, are you
testing the code yet?

NDA would not allow them to say so. HTC hasn't updated their website which if they say anything wouldn't violate the NDA they make carriers sign. Just some food for thought. They haven't even put HTC 10s on their lists. It doesn't make you wonder?

I understand about NDA's. It does make me wonder because I really like my
HTC 10. Unfortunately it doesn't look like Verizon is going to support
Nougat on this phone. If that's the case shouldn't they tell their
customers?

It's not up to carriers to support the product. Even HTC own timelines shows Carriers have a lot less control to dictate support. If HTC takes their sweet time getting the update ready then that's it.

You not like what you hear but that's the truth of the matter. Sorry if you don't like it.

I'm happy with my HTC 10 the way it currently operates. Would love to have Nougat, but be careful what you wish for kids. Updates bricked my Nexus 7 and I (like a knucklehead) signed up to get early updates on my N9 and that's been 'fun'....
Rather have my speedy 10 without Nougat than to get the latest and deal with any 'issues'. Just my 2 cents.

Tidbits, you couldn't be more wrong.
You're contributions to this thread couldn't be more useless.
For the rest of us, it looks like we're getting Nougat this Thursday, the 30th.
