Have you tried replacing it?

maxandleo, I believe Ann154 is on the right track. If possible though, try using an SD card from another device to see if the " SD card unexpectedly removed " error continues or not

Last time I had this happening, I checked my SD card's serial number on Google and found out it was a very convincing fake SD card (i.e. it was a "64 GB" card that didn't actually have 64 GB of storage).  Check your SD card's serial number online (should be on the back of the card) and make sure it's legit.

If it is, might also try reformatting it, see if that fixes it.
