HTC Droid DNA capacitive not working

The bottom three buttons are not working on my HTC DNA anyone else have this issue. Just started yesterday as I was sitting on the couch. Its the back, home and recent app buttons.

Have you tried restarting the device? When you press the buttons does anything happen, delayed reaction? Is there any damage to the device? I have done a full factory reset, did not work. It's as if the buttons dont even actually exist.

I'm having the same problem. Did you ever get a solution from Verizon?
