it works, BUT if you are using Windows7 (or at least Windows 7 64bit) - refer to this link for a work around to get it to work -

I downloaded the 2.0.8 HTC Sync application. It works well except I am having issues with some of the Outlook calendar times. For calendar entries that were entered localy the entries seem to sync correctly. For entries that were entered by another user the entries post one hour earlier thatn the scheduled time.
I have read several posts on other sites about this issue and have tried some of the and tried unchecking dayling savings time in windows and them doing a repair update replacing all of the calendar entries on the Eris. This actuall moved the entries one hour earlier.
I unchecked the determine time from network option on the Eris and set the time manually. Still have the issue.
Any thoughts?
