My Lucid will not ring from certain parties and it does not come up on call logs. All texts work. Help

I don't want you to lose any of your important calls while using your LG Lucid!
When did this problem begin? You mentioned your device doesn't sound a ring when receiving calls from certain parties and that it doesn't come up on calls logs. Can you clarify what you're experiencing when you say it doesn't come up on call logs?
