Anyone else wonder what the hidden fees are?

No associate seems to have an IQ above a deer tick and can answer my questions?!!

No benefit in being insulting.  What 'hidden fees' are you referring to?  Where do you see them if they are 'hidden'?

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
