I have tried everything I can think of the auto rotate works for all apps the rotate, the auto rotate switch is on, I have tried configuring levels. I have tried all but a hard reset which I am willing to do I just don't know how and I don't want to do it if its not going to fix the problem. The screen wont rotate in any normal phone function texting, home screen....etc...????
Hello Jamesd5784, this is definitely out of the ordinary! Was the Razr HD connected to a dock or separate accessory that had it get stuck in landscape mode? We can place the device in safe mode first to rule out any 3rd party apps from causing it to stay stuck. Here's steps: http://vz.to/PtCCtS The last resort option would be the hard reset to get the phone back to factory settings.
