Hotmail on Incredible 4G

Any idea when Hotmail will be back available as simple email add on for Incredible 4G? 

I tried to add my account and cannot ("Pin expired").   POP account says I access server too often and adding the Hotmail app (as last resort) is simply foolish.

Let's get your Hotmail added back onto your phone! How long have you had this Incredible 4G? Have you ever been able to access Hotmail? Please try removing account from your e-mail folder, clear device memory, http://bit.ly/QjFvYh then remove battery & SIM card for about 30 seconds, and then restart. Once restarted, please try re-adding Hotmail e-mail account as you originally did. http://bit.ly/QY4cvO
