I recently upgraded from an LG Envy to a Droid Razr. It appears that all but 11 of my photos are lost, despite the rep's assurance that she transferred them to the new device. My ringtones are gone, too. I just paid $2.99 each for media retrieval to get only a portion of them back. Is there a solution?

In short, no. If you have memory card you may be able to retrieve the pics. As for ringtones, terms and conditions state its for THAT DEVICE ONLY. therefore you will have to repurchase. Any that did transfer was a fluke.

I sent photos to my email and it is telling me that there is no message content. What do I do?

kbeth, if the LG Envy has the capability to to be connected to a computer USB port it should show everything that is on the phone including ringtones. So you might want to try and see if you can transfer these things to the computer. Then plug the new Droid Razr into the computer and transfer from the computer to the Droid.
