I have a new LG V20 and my zip code is 40165. In certain areas that I drive through, I get a notification to turn off data roaming access. Do I need to do this to avoid charges, or can I turn data roaming access on and continue having extended network access?

What plan are you on? If you are on a post paid plan, such as the Verizon Plan, you can have roaming in for extended network access with no domestic roaming charges.
