How do I block a caller with only three numbers (026)?

I get repeated calls from 026.  I usually reject but answered it today to tell them to leave me alone.  Foreign speaker on the other end with other foreign voices in the background.  Regretting that I answered and hoping this didn't open the window for my number being used for international calls.  Paranoia sets in....
