How do I choose my device if I don't see it listed anywhere?

I have a Galaxy Stratosphere 2 and I don't see it listed anywhere in the choice options for support/discussions, etc.

Try using the Android areas.

Maybe because there isn't such a phone. There is a Stratosphere 2 that is made by Samsung which also makes the Galaxy S phones but there isn't a Galaxy Stratosphere. Also not every phone has it's own forum. So just post your issue in the generic Android forum as advised.

Hi Merim,

I've had a Stratosphere 1 for a year and a half, and I also was puzzled about this early on. But posting questions in this forum works well. Be aware that it's a peer-to-peer user forum, not a source of official Verizon support (though Verizon reps do check in occasionally). But a number of Strat 1 and 2 owners follow this forum, and often questions related to the Strat go back to general Android issues. Welcome to the forum!

Also, just as a general thought, be aware that it's best to search the forum for a particular issue to see if it's already been raised before one starts a new thread.

You could do a search of the forum to see if the question has already been asked.  If you don't find what you're looking for, post your question and hopefully someone will chime in with some help.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time pulling up discussions for your phone Merim. I know it's important to have options for receiving help with the functionalities of your device. I have an idea! I simply put your phone type in the search field and pulled up your device (price, information, specs etc.) http://tiny.cc/3e7xvw , http://tiny.cc/lo7xvw. I double-clicked your phone and in the middle of the page is a tool bar for other information. I clicked on the Support tab and clicked on the option that says " Check out support for your device here". At the bottom of this page is community advice, information, and helpful tools for your phone. I know it's a lot to go through but I wanted you to know we have support for every phone, including yours! You can also tweet us or facebook us with any questions you have? We are always here to help.
