Just had a surprisingly good experience with sales/service rep via Chat on the VZ website. These are so rare these days I wanted to rate them well and leave praise but the "rating" option didn't pop up when I exited the chat.
I can't find a link on the website to reach customer service (so my praise for VZ is dropping by the second as the frustration and time spent on this increases).
I don't want to wait on hold for 20 minutes to say thanks, if possible. I just want to email customer service the info so they can ensure this employee is commended (and emulated).

Calling in would have wasted 40 minutes of your time. Scripted responses from forum support most likely aren't actually going to be sent anywhere either. The fact that rep didn't get any bad feedback means a lot more than you realize.
@vzw_customer_support - @kevinm_vzw , Would you mind PMing me so I could also provide above and beyond experience with two different departments (port center and IT support). The call was over 2hrs and extremely tiring but these two ladies were FABULOUS!!!!!! In the end got the job DONE! 😃
