My phone's screen recently became unresponsive and displays nothing (completely black). The phone still powers on and receives calls/texts, etc, but I have no way of using the device. I received a replacement device but I want to sync/update all files into the cloud from my old device prior to activating the new device. Since I cannot use the old devices screen in any way, is there a way to force a sync/update of all files on the phone to cloud? From there, I would then activate the new device and sync with cloud so that all my content is present on the new device.
you could try a usb connection to your pc & see if the files can be accessed.
this is iffy because you don't have access to the usb pull down menu.
