since it is impossible to get a live person on the phone with Verizon I need to know how to get my account # and account pin # for a pre-paid Samsung SCH-I110 phone I bought from Target. I have an online account for this phone, with Verizon, however, there is no info anywhere on the site and the 800 # is set up in such a way that you will never actually reach a person. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
