How do I replicate a LG G Pad with extensive customizations?

I have a LG G Pad 10.1 that I have customized extensively for my virtual health client and MD use. Changes include settings, wallpapers, icon images, apps, etc. I would like help with copying and replicating this device onto multiple G Pads so I don't have to do it on each device individually. Please help. Thank you!

Go to settings > backup & reset > LG backup. You may have to manually set up a few things,  and enter account passwords. Let me know how it works for you.
