Long story short, my mom needs a voicemail saved from her number onto media. It was from my aunt that passed away. And I can no longer afford the trap that is Verizon, they refuse to transfer my mothers line and phone to her own line due to the negative balance, and I don't want her to lose something that is valuable to her from her sister.
Please help me with this, I just don't understand why Verizon does this. They are willing to lose a customer but not willing to gain one by giving her, her own account under her social security number. The policies make absolutely no sense, especially since I have already retained a lawyer and they are still trying to gain capital off of my account when legally they can not. Anything to dissatisfy the customers!
