My old S3 won't hold a charge, even when it's plugged in. I upgraded to a Note 3, but haven't been able to transfer my data (other than contacts) from the S3 to my Note 3.
Please help!
Help is here! We'll try to find a way to get your information transferred over so you can enjoy it on your new phone, redfox9801. Will the S3 power on while it's plugged in? Do you have a memory card in your S3?
