How do I update apps on wi-fi only?

Where do I go to only allow apps to be updated via Wifi?  Looked everywhere.

Open the Play Store app, tap the Menu button in the upper left-hand corner, scroll down to Settings and tap it, tap Auto Update Apps, then change it to Auto Update Apps Over Wi-Fi Only.
